  • ›Designed and built the gateway API that fronts the product's AI services. It carries all AI traffic for every customer and handles authentication, request routing, and per-client usage tracking.
  • ›Integrated OpenAI into the core TMS to parse inbound emails automatically and feed the results into job scheduling.
  • ›Co-rewrote the licensing API that validates each client's license when they use the software.
  • ›Integrated numerous third-party vehicle tracking providers into the TMS, giving operators real-time visibility of their fleets.
  • ›Migrated the build system from around 100 manually managed, self-referenced DLLs to packages built and published on NuGet. Upgrades got simpler and new developers set up faster.

  • ›Led a full rewrite of the driver dispatching app in B4X.
  • ›Designed and built its REST API and backend database, which handle up to 40,000 work orders per month along with their events and status updates.

Four-year honours degree covering software engineering, algorithms and data structures, and database systems. Modules in mobile development (Flutter) and game development (Unity) led to shipped coursework projects, including a 2D platformer. Final year project delivered with Sun Life Financial.
